Where and when to find us

We offer training in all track and field events under the instruction of qualified coaches at two venues in Upminster and Barking from Sunday through to Thursday throughout the year.

Youngsters must be at least 10 years of age.

We currently have waiting lists so if you are planning to visit us for the first time it's necessary to first contact Jean Tierney:

    Until further notice from 19th March 2011 until late September 2012 Mayesbrook Park will be closed due to building works for a leisure centre and for upgrading of the track and facilities for use as a 2012 training venue.
