A small squad of seniors produced some good results in the Cup 10-in-100 (limited events) competition at Hendon on Saturday.

Nina Brennan was good winner in the 400m and Lydia St Ange (200m) and Vicky Smith (800m) both recorded good PBs in placing second in their events.

Zoe Young was also runner up in the 100m with a season's best as was Mel Harrison (DT) and Chloe van Wulven (HJ) while Claire Brennan was third in the 400m H. Emma Christmas joined Lydia, Nina and Claire in the medley relay squad who were runners up as the women’s team finished second to Epsom.

A small men’s team hit by late withdrawals were fifth. Anthony Williams’ long jump third place was the best result.
