British Universities Sports Association (BUSA) – Bedford 3rd to  5th May 2008

Lucy Sargent and Sara Luck both gained relay medals at this weekend's British Universities Championships at Bedford.

Lucy helped Brunel to gold in the 4x100m relay while Sara's 58.5s split helped the London University squad to bronze in the 4x400m relay.  Luck set an outdoor PB when placing fourth in the 800m with 2:11.52s but Lucy failed to make the individual finals in either 100 or 200m. 

Robyn Matson was a fine sixth for Birmingham in the 2000m 'chase.  Completing the club contingent were Laura Bealey who helped Sheffield to reach the 4x400m final, and also set a PB in the individual 400m, and Anthony Williams who was pleased with his run in the 110m hurdles.
