Southern Men's League Division 3N – Round 3 – Haringey 25th June 2005

Final result:

Gaps in the hurdles and steeplechase proved crucial ad the B team were edged into fourth place at Haringey in their Div 3N fixture.

Davis Nefs and Ashley Reece both set new PBs in winning A&B 400m events, and Nefs was close to his best in placing 2nd in the 800m.

Tony Collins was another team member to ran well and set a new PB when winning the 5000m and gain a qualifying time for the European Championships for athletes with learning difficulties. 

Andy Tierney won a brace of events with B victories in both javelin & pole vault and Chris Newton (pole vault) and Lee Arrowsmith (hammer) also set new career marks.

But the team's efforts were all in vain as West Norfolk sneaked past in the final events to dump HMAC into bottom place, with two more difficult matches remaining.
