The return of Arron Bonning, Scott Spencer and the inclusion of newcomer Sidney Mnguni, who made an impressive debut, helped the team improve on our previous outing even though we are still desperately short of middle distance runners. With Chichester, B racknell and Kingston being 2nd, 3rd & 4th in the league going into this match it was always going to be difficult to split them and to finish less than ten points behind Bracknell who were previously unbeaten is encouraging.
