The quartet combined to carve five seconds off the club record to end the meeting in winning style with the fastest time in Britain this year. More top three finishes came from Jack Botha (200m A), Dominic Alexandru (long jump B) and Jonathan Taiwo (B shot).

Freya also improved her long jump best with the fourth longest ever leap by a club Under 15, as Stephanie Okoro improved her best in winning the B and also came up trumps with a PB in winning the 800m, as Tilly Canty trimmed her best for third in the 800m B. Third place on the day leaves Havering battling for third with Tonbridge, as both look to have secured their top flight spots, and promoted teams Herne Hill and Croydon look set for the drop at the half way stage of the four match season. Reading and Blackheath contest the Southern title, which could go to the wire as Reading have home advantage on 23rd June and Blackheath end the season at home in July..
